If there's one thing all crossfit WODs have in common it's their profoundly anaerobic, meaning glucose burning, nature I don't care if you love or hate Crossfit. Why's that? Crossfit doesn't fit well with everyone. In  fact you have to be pretty fit already if you intend to benefit - specifically if you don't have someone who tailors the workouts to your specific needs. If you don't or are still miles apart from being fit, don't be bamboozled by the results of people who have been training for years.
