Actually the first post in today's installment of On Short Notice is a direct continuation of the SuppVersity Exercise Science Week with an intriguing novel contribution to the never-ending steady state vs. HIIT debate by scientists from the University of Birmingham (UK) Hypothyroidism kills and therefore the SuppVersity Figure of the Week comes from a study on the effect of hypothyroidism on all-cause mortality from Denmark (Thvilum. 2013).
