Non-Negligable Loss of Minerals & Trace Elements With Sweat in Healthy Boxers
Turkish scientists ( Saraymen. 2010 ) analyzed the sweat of 21 male cross-country boxers and found only a minor loss of trace elements copper , zinc and iron .
