The more supplements you take the more likely you are to get way more than the 200mcg of chromium of which previous studies have shown that they are useless for healthy people, but at least not detrimental (cf. Lukaski 1996 & 2007; Vincent. 2007). Especially people who like the 'poly-supplementary' approach are yet at risk of getting so much of a this trace mineral that it will hamper not improve their insulin sensitivity. I don't have to tell you that you would already be dead if you were following all the bro-scientific advice that's out there on the Internet and still I usually recognize a certain reluctance to give up on what X suggests and Y has tried an what has worked so well for Z.
