Even if both "Fit Your Macros" you should know better than to select the "fruit" loops (where is the "fruit" in those loops anyway?). A war is raging! Well, at least in the Internet the "battle" between the low-carb revolutionists and the low-fat veterans does sometimes in fact resemble an epic battle between god and evil... at least that's what the combatants believe. As of late it seems as if the rebels, i.e. the low-carbers were getting the upper hand and that despite the constant supplies the low fat veterans are getting from their friends in the medical establishment - friends who pay for studies the veterans to agrue how stupid and off base the rebels' assumption that "low carbing" would help us to solve the obesity epidemic actually actually were.
